Kayle's E - Righteous Fury does not apply the damage over time effect from Passive - Tooth

Kayle E - RIGHTEOUS FURY Passive: Kayle's Basic Attacks deal an additional (x) magic damage on hit.

Active: Kayle increases her Attack Range by 400 for 10 seconds and the passive bonus is increased to (X) magic damage and APPLY SPELL EFFECTS on hit.

In addition, deals (X) magic damage and APPLIES SPELL EFFECTS on attack to enemies near her target.

item 1039 UNIQUE PASSIVE - TOOTH: DAMAGING A MONSTER WITH A SPELL or attack steals 25 Health over 5 seconds and burns them for 20 magic damage. Killing monsters grants special bonus experience.

Kindle - Burn damage increases to 50 if you have bonus health from an item or effect.

item 3711 item 3715 item 3706 UNIQUE PASSIVE - Tooth / Nail: Basic attacks vs. monsters deal 25 bonus damage and grant you 15% bonus Attack Speed for 2 seconds. DAMAGING A MONSTER WITH A SPELL or attack steals 30 Health over 5 seconds and burns them for 50 magic damage. Killing monsters grant bonus experience.

The splash damage from E - Righteous Fury does not apply the bonus damage to monsters from jungle items that deal burn damage over time. The effect is considered a spell effect and should be applying the effect, as E - Righteous Fury states that it applies spell effects from the splash damage.

Yep, that’s a bug that should be fixed. Maybe it’ll make her viable in the jungle again.

Also, Kayle would be actually viable jungle if her E dealt 5 damage against monsters (10 while active).

Unless something changed recently I don't THINK Cho E applies it either. I remember at one point it didn't, but that might have been the old toggle one that it didn't apply on.

I would have thought it's considered an on-hit effect rather than a spell effect?

Not sure. As far as I recall her E doesn't apply spell effects but acts more like Hydra does. But I haven't seen things like Luden's or Rylai's built on Kayle in a long ass time so I haven't seen any examples of spells proc'ing off of E.

This Bug gets attenrion later. Actually the Meta has much worse problems than this
