Live: Patch 5.8 Howling Abyss Perm Skin Boost Option "IS MISSING?"

> BOOST ME BRO: Skin boosts have been permanently enabled on ARAM. They cost 95 RP and grant you and your teammates a one-time random skin for your randomly-selected champion, as well as 100 IP (200 for you).

Is this suppose to happen, or is the fact that it's not there mean it's not yet hit live and will maybe appear at a later date, even though it was mentioned to be an added feature IN THE PATCH NOTES.

I've asked around and it's very obvious i'm not the only one who can't find the option and or activate it.

I hope word goes around and it gets added! If not, plz let us know if it is to be released at a later date.
