Why is my League lagging and going to 150+ ping when it doesn't go like that?

Even when I'm doing fine on connection speed it just disconnects.

ive been getting bad fps drops since the new odyssey update.
two-three times a game i completely freeze and fps drops to 0 for a second or 2.
really annyoing.
Wired or wireless connection?
