Game Randomly Freezing? o.o

Hello, first I would like to apologize if I'm typing this in the wrong forum. I'm kinda new to this sooo sorry! o.o Anyways, whenever I start a game (And it's loading, like so you see each team and stuff) I randomly freeze up and unable to connect til the game is over. I turn off my computer and restart League, hoping to reconnect. Unfortunately, I don't connect until the game is already over I love League, and I don't wanna be banned from it, so can someone tell me how to prevent this in the future so I won't get banned? Thanks! :3 I also apologize if someone already posted something similar to this, I just wanted to post this before I play another game o-o
