Your gifting screenshot isn't showing who received them. Take a wider picture that shows the player that gifted and who received it.
Also, instead of linking the address like you did, you can right click the image and select "copy image URL". Paste that here and the picture will be shown instead of having to open it in a new tab, like this;

If champions and skins you owned are really gone, you can submit a Support Ticket and they will look at your purchase and match history to verify it then fix it for you.
