Rammus with homeguard on is getting caught up in the base gates. When he arrives in the gate with autowalk on, he twitches around in the gate for about 2.5 seconds. I had recorded it but the video glitched. I will try to simulate it again, but it happens 100% of the time from the gate from blue base while exiting the base between mid and top.
