Character not showing in the game
I just got done with a game where I wanted to go spirit sena and lucian. over 150g rolled to find a lucian and not a single time did he show nor did anyone else have him on the board. Am I missing something?

Indeed, it does sometimes seem that a champion is missing from the deck. Sufficient late-game rolls at lvl 9, will eventually produce the champion.
Lucian is a $4, and you would have the best chance of locating him at lvl 8 or above. I suspect that you were not lvl 8 when you rolled, though.
