Items Disappear when placed on Voidlings {Malzahar}

Ok so I found this out via a misclick, I was NOT intentionally putting items on Malzahar minions, and I'm not even sure it should be possible but whatever.

Would test reproduction ability but I don't want any more items eaten by the void so just gonna explain what happened.

1. Tier 2 Malz
2. Chain Vest
3. Misclick Chain Vest on a Malz minion that decided it wanted armor
4. Round ends, yay I won the round!
5. New shop rolls in (Planning phase? Idk what its called) Vest is gone. At this point Im thinking maybe it will be back when he summons minions again, wondering if thieves gloves Malzahar minions is a thing I've just discovered
6. Malz summons. No Chain Vest. My item is gone, lost to the void.

TLDR; If a Malzahar voidling gets an item, it sends it to the freaking void when the next planning phase rolls around. Don't think you should be able to place items on them to begin with but yeah this was pretty annoying.
