New glitch causing unfair cheating- carousel bug

I've seen it in two of my games and luckily Disguised Toast uploaded a recent video where he somehow performed it (I believe by accident). Basically it seems like you can get into the carousel before the selection begins, allowing for a easy first pick at champ and items. Because of this, it allows for a slight unfair disadvantage. I wish I knew how it was performed to better explain, but it probably will become an increasing problem.
