Nidalee+RFC and Max Mana at start of round

1.) Hopefully already reported but didn't see it, Nidalee with Rapid Fire Cannon keeps the range from human form when she transforms, allowing her to attack in cougar form from across the map.

2.) If a character has max mana at the start of a round, they instantly use the ability and waste it. Maybe make it so the first ability will only activate after a single auto attack. I've done it on both pyke and akali so far, where they just use the ability and then jump (since they're assassins). Haven't tried it on non assassins yet.

The nidalee one is SUPER annoying because it's definitely not intentional, even though people try to say it is by pointing out melee champs with rfc turn into range champs. The problem is, it doesn't just turn her cougar form into a range champion, it gives her infinite range, which no other melee champion gets with rfc. They become range, but if a unit is outside of their reach, they then have to move into range, whereas nidalee can be cougar and hit anyone from anywhere.

The second point you brought up is definitely intentional, with the proof being blitzcrank. The whole point of robot passive is that at the start of combat he can instantly use his ability, and should work like that on any champion that has enough items to have max mana at round start.

Nidalee doesn't keep her human range. While she is in human form, she gets x+x range with rfc. But when she transforms into cougar she has to get y+y range, but instead she gets y + x. It is still bugged tho.
