Fiora is random getting 3.0 attack speed.

happened yestarday and I got no proof sadly, but in early steps a enemy Fiora started hiting really fast with no real reason, she had no items on her, when i looked at her attack speed was 3.0 then dropped back to 1.0 at the end of match. There was no zeke or such a thing on field, literally i think there were not even any attack speed items on enemy field but can't say for sure.
