Crash Dump Access

Been getting a lot of crashes lately asking me if I want to get devs access for 5 mins to troubleshoot the issue I always say no cuz 1: thats weird giving someone else access and 2 I'm in a game 5 mins = win or lose. Anyone have this issue or know what I should do to stop it? reinstall?
