I can't login, loading indicator spins infinitely

does any 1 else get this issue?

I was in a game and then i started to experience lag spikes. I decided to restart pc (usually fixes the problem). Now I'm stuck at the login screen that you just saw above. I went to the settings and selected the option to fix the client and now I'm stuck at this... https://gyazo.com/c7eff3543512de15b9e985c1c0b46831 this has happened a couple of times to me before and I hate how it happens when I no longer in this mindset of tilt. HIgh key it makes me not want to play for a while. I'm assuming the only way to fix this is uninstalling and reinstalling, which seems too much of a hassle. or is this my only option rito [slayer-jinx-unamused]
