[client] Game is still in progress. (Pre-loading screen)

I have just accepted a ranked game and usually a few seconds after the client disappears a window pops up with the loading screen. This has not happened. I am currently sat looking at a 'game is still in progress' screen with no other window to tab into.

I have attempted to close league and restart the game (re-logging in too) this has done nothing. The screen just appeared again with no loading screen.
