Quest completed, but can't claim.
Did someone code the statement as "AND" instead of "OR" (or "XOR" for that matter)?
In case it matters, I finished the game with 9 assassins (8 real ones, and one with youmuu blade)
I have the same issue. FWIW, I did my 9 piece set with Blademasters (7 real and 2 BotRK).
I did both parts of the quest and it went through for me!
Same boat, the 9 piece set is either bugged or the mission's typed incorrectly.
It appears someone fixed it after. Became claimable some hours later.
Mine is still bugged. I completed this quest with 9 Set Sorcerer. Pretty op, but I still lost to that dang Wild/Shapeshifter Comp. ><
