Mouse side buttons randomly not responding despite being set in settings

This is the 2nd time when they act as if they're unbound already. Fks sake. I have toggle attack champs only on those, fkin bugs. Rito pls. Or more like, they simply don't work, I can't even set anything on them via in game settings. And no, they're not broken, mouse works perfectly fine.
