Dissapearing champions
My kayle and vayne had dissapeared from the board, and i lost the game because of that... not the first time that happens, and not only to me but other player as aswell

Same here, a champ just disappeared and spawned in the next champ from my bench instead.
Yesterday while playing TFT my GA Varus disappeared off the map because the round before ended while he was in GA. He came back the round after, but I was not allowed to put another unit on the board. GA bugged and I lost the round because of it. :c
This happened to me once and I fixed it easily: Try moving a current champion(which is already on the board) on every spot on the board. I had my nidalee disappear and moved my warwick 4-5 times(i think it was the the spot where she died) and she appeared. Good luck!
Sale problem here in different games (Ashe ans Rek'Sai). Found a way to get it back => change their places with other champ
