Enemy Champs Just Chillin in A Bush

I've had this happen a few times now where I'll wipe out a player and all their champions cram up into a bush outside of my board on top of one another. It usually happens right after I wipe out another player's HP to zero and its in between the end of that turn and the start of the next. Sometimes one or two of their champs will stay on the enemy bench as well, but usually they cram into a bush. Also usually they leave by next turn, but if the next turn is a creature round sometimes they stick around for the duration of that turn.
