Camera bug

I can't unlock my camera from my little legend and i cant look at other people during or after the game, I've repaired the client and that didn't help. Anyone have any ideas

Been having this bug for a few weeks now, no response from riot at all to acknowledge it, been resorting to writing down peoples comps as I face them

i am having the exact same issue. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and deleted my config file. Didn't change a thing.
