Gangplank's barrels not applying red buff
Just played a game with Gangplank that had RFC, Morello's and red buff - barrels were applying only Morellos instead of both buffs. Each tick on an 1800 enemy was doing 90 true damage only.

I think that's intentional, does it work with Kennen R cause it shouldn't if this logic is followed
GP's barrels do not apply red buff in TFT, because they are not autos.
