Pretty much the title. Vayne's third hit true damage is increased by spell power and reduced by magic resistance.

Played a game with AP Vayne where I was doing almost no damage to a Dragon's Claw Darius.

damn i was wondering if vayne benefited from AP does she have increased damage from it as well?

if it was really true dmg tho then it shouldn't benefit from AP as well

Yep; had 6 sorc and deathcap vayne, was doing some 20-30% max hp damage every third hit - definitely more than the 10% tooltip value anyway.
