Mage: Cast their spell twice item 3040 : Still give only 20 mana.

So what the point of changing from anyone cast spell to only wearer cast spell if even wearer cast spell twice it still count as one? I know it could be game-breaking, but it can easily be solve by increase mana pool of some mage, and wouldn't be as breaking as Nocturne or Singed

that's because the doublecast works by replenishing their mana fully for a second cast,

Why should it count as twice. Seph's is meant to provide a little mana after casting in order to making reaching the next cast not take as long. That doesn't mean that mages should be able to spam their spells endlessly due to one Seph's. I could be wrong but it sounds game breaking if they were to allow it to give 40 mana to double casting mages. I can hardly understand what your saying so may be misunderstanding you.
