Ionic spark doing damage from bench
Ionic spark should not do damage from bench. Everyone in tft rank rushes this because its so broken and an instant win. Patch ASAP please its so obnoxious.

items are god in this game, if u have spent 2 of your items to get an effect then that effect is yours and you cannot return the item, when it is benched and doing its effect it makes no difference other than the fact that your champions are losing the STATS that that item also provides so you are at a disadvantage. This is not a bug at all this is just poor ppl making mistakes and placing an item on champions they no longer need lmao.
