"Place 4th or higher" apparently doesn't know how to track. I don't get why the quests are so bugged in this mode, even last round of quests I completed things that: 1. wouldn't track, 2. would completely disappear without giving me any sort of pts
The issue seems to be they programmed it to be greater than the value they set not greater than or equal to. I have had issues with any that say hit a certain amount that you have to do one higher.

pseudocode, but pretty straightforward idea. Not sure why this is bugged so fking hard.
Perhaps "4th or higher" quest only works with ranked games.
