I don't think this is proper math
Just a funny thing, but bronze Blitz using bow is getting some unfair math treatment... ;)
(0.5+0.2=0.7 but gives 0.6 instead)

I think it might be stacking multiplicatively which I think is how it works on summoners rift. .2*.5 = .1 .1+.5 base attack speed = .6 if it stacked additive it would = .7
I'm not sure which its supposed to stack with but I'm just laying out a possibility.
