Victory screen on loss

Every now and then I get a victory screen after losing. I don't know if this is a bug or a misconcieved "feature", but every time it feels like somebody handed me a participation trophy with a patronizing pat on the back. And it does take just a smidgen away from the feeling of victory after an actual win.

EDIT: I just realized what this is! While it's showing the victory screen, it shows the actual victor's little wierdo! So it's saying they won, only in a very idiotic and confusing way. Clearly not a bug, only abysmal design, consider this report revoked.
