Stuck in loading screen

I've encountered a bug that prevents me from picking champion in the first carousel. When the game is completely loaded at 100% I get stuck for about 10 seconds. This bug was fixed in a recent patch, but now it happens again. However this bug doesn't happen on every player, it seems to only happen on low-end PCs. My friend has a high-end PC and he said he had never encountered this bug, even before this bug was fixed in a recent patch. I also see that most streamers haven't encountered this (because most of them do have a high-end PC?). How can I fix this bug without buying a new PC?

Same, I don't have this problem when I play PBE.

I also have the same problem, and i was looking if people had the same case as me. I tried everything to solve it, not working tho

Same here. My PC runs LoL very well, but somehow isn't capable of running TFT? Makes zero sense to me. When they fixed this bug last patch it was okay, but after the recent patch it has come back. Ending up with Negatron Cloak and Random champion every game isn't fun. Hope Rito is aware, because I've made several threads on NA and EU boards and 1000 bug reports via client for no result. :( I am on the verge of leaving it altogether. I am okay with gameplay bugs but this one just makes game unplayable.
