Held Hostage in a TFT game

After the initial carousel round, everyone in the game champs disappeared and no one could place a minion on the board. After the initial round, which everyone lost because our units de spawned, everyone realized that not only did the game "eat" our units, they still told us the unit was on board even though it was not there. After the initial PVE rounds, we went to the first PVP round and that's where the game effectively ended. No one was able to move their camera, no one was able to buy or move units. We were all stuck in the paradox of this never ending round. Eventually I was able to wait out and forfeit the match and I hope this was true for the other players stuck in the lobby with me.
