Beta Pass Bug : No Starter Egg

Getting a bug in the BETA Pass.

I have enough points to get the Starter Egg.
It shows as passing it and moving towards the new Map.
I go to Open Loot? No egg.
I click on the egg, nothing happens.
I reloaded the client, nothing happens.
The only thing I can think that might be conflicting is I have already bought eggs? So maybe something with that is causing me not to get the egg?

My egg and my icon came late, not in the same day I earned them. Just restart client for a couple of days. It should appear in your loot tab eventually.

UPDATE : I got the arenas today, with no issue by clicking on the icon. They popped up and said they rewarded me. Still no dice for the egg.
