Orb of Enlightenment not resetting properly

Often after games the orb gets stuck on "hold a moment while we create a new orb".. I dont understand why it doesn't just reset, but basically, if you don't come back to the TFT quest/rewards screen and see that it's reset, the counter will NOT automatically work correctly. A ploy to slow down people earning rewards? Another visual bug? Poor programming?
