Coach: Looking for low/mid Elo Team(Bronze to Plat)

TL:DR- If you want some guidance to pull your team together, whether for flex 5's or for tournies, add me, but if you're serious, read on first.

I'm looking for an organized 5 man to help improve their macro, and study their methods. I mainly intend to use this to learn and teach macro in the mid and late game, and in doing so intend to improve the teams I'm working with. I expect teams interested to be serious, where at least 5 people will be available consistently on a regular basis, and who are looking to improve as a team, in whatever aspects you feel you struggle with.

I find solo queue boring and flex a bit obnoxious to organize with lower level players, but i am fascinated in analyzing and understanding the game on a higher level, so while I'm too lazy to climb for myself, id like to show off a bit of game knowledge for teams to abuse in 5v5s. I will make Gold this season in solo and flexed just to appease any players who don't feel confident in having a lower tier player helping, however I've coached Diamond tier Overwatch players into masters in the last two months, with next to no experience playing it for myself(less than a month of gameplay, about 2 of studying it), whereas i have several years on league, and feel i have plenty to offer.

I will be looking at games from the mid game first, and working backwards, it is important to be able to close out a game before worrying about how to survive early, and this can be discussed but that will be my method for the teams i work with.

Id like two teams of similar skill, so that i may have them scrim against one another to practice various skills and parts of the games, and if you would like to use this to do fives in flex, or do tournaments, whatever you may want, is fine, I'm just looking for enough players to make coaching worthwhile, and to sort of kick off all of this in general.
