LF Team Scout

Im looking for someone to take on the role of recruitment for a plat/diamond team with the goal of masters this season. You will not be playing, however you will be finding possible players in all roles, or as needed in them, running tryouts, reviewing gameplay of tryouts, and then sitting in on followup team practices to see how your tryouts do with the team to help determine if they come on full time.

Scouts should be able to: -Arrange new tryouts on short notice as well as planned -Review players at a platinum and higher level to determine if they might be well suited for a team environment -Conduct interviews of potential applicants -Be available on occasion during team practices(which occur mon-fri, 6pm-10pm EST) to followup reviews of players you bring to the team.
