ASG Blood and Frost Kings is currently revamping our roster!

Hello everyone, Cone here from ASG Frost kings, and we are currently revamping both rosters. We are looking for several positions, and this post will explain in specific what we need. Before I go into the specifics of what positions we are looking for, I would like to explain our team. We are a main team(ASG Blood Kings) and a sister team(ASG Frost Kings) currently playing in a league run by our sponsor, Alpha Sheep Gaming. What we found was that the most efficient way to run the team was to have two rosters of similar ranks and skills and rotate players from one team to the other. If this is what you are looking for, then we would love to talk to you and try you out. Before reading what is below, please realize that we practice during the week(at some period of time between 3-9PM EST) and we have league games on the weekend. This is a very dedicated team looking for players who have the drive to improve. What we are looking for: ASG Blood Kings: Strategic coach(similar to an analyst, but to have more of a coach role, we already have a coach to help with bonding and communication) Top laner - We are also looking for a top laner that can adapt to the meta and is Silver-Gold.

ASG Frost Kings: A head coach(do work with us on both communication and strategy, we currently are testing out two different methods of coaching therefore the two teams have slightly varying management positions. Jungler - A jungle who has a very open champion pool, and one who is willing to shotcall. ADC - We are looking for an ADC that has high mechanical skill and, as well as all other positions, has an open champion pool and can both take and give constructive criticism. Support- We are looking for a support who can shotcall and who plays mostly tank picks, but can play other champions such as Janna, Soraka, or Janna.

For both teams: From our old roster we learned one major thing: that although this method of managing the teams can work, we need to efficently use the fact that we have 5 players on two different teams. Therefore, we are looking for someone to help manage the rosters. When we say this, we mean that we need someone who is going to watch the scrims between the two teams and decide who is better fit for the main team, and who is better fit for the sister team.

Thank you very much for reading and I will get back to everyone.
