LFM for a serious ranked team
hey there my name is painlestoxin (or zachary) I have been playing league since season 1 and have finally grown tired of solo queue ranked. It's a coin toss and I dislike the fact that my team mates change every game. I am wanting to make a serious ranked team to see where we can get too in the ranked system and who knows, one day maybe make a name for ourselves!
That being said I do have a few requirements. -you must be silver or higher. I do not really hold faith in the solo queue rank system however I do expect a certain degree of skill at the game. -18+ -able to take constructive criticism and give it as well. -willing to put in 3-5 days a week of practice. I don't expect the team to be your life but I do want to actually go somewhere with this team. -Able to play between 630PM PST and 1amPST weekdays. Weekends we can figure a proper schedule out once the team is formed.

and lets be real the jung meta changes all the time this season. I play a lot of things. The top 5 changes with the patches.

Rank in S4 and S5- Gold season 4, currently bouncing inbetween silver 2-3
Can you shot call?- yup. I tend to just do this on the teams i've been on.
What your strengths are- Map awarness, adaptability, warding, and macro game
What your weaknesses are- I feel my micro decision game needs work, and i tend to polarize teammates with my drive to win. Last team i was on didn't want to work on the team.

Can you shot call?- I can shot call laning phase but not map objectives like baron/drag
What your strengths are- Can follow a good leader and react to calls quickly
