LF support and top lane for ranked 5's team

hey there my name is painlestoxin (or zachary) I have been playing league since season 1 and have finally grown tired of solo queue ranked. It's a coin toss and I dislike the fact that my team mates change every game. I am wanting to make a serious ranked team to see where we can get too in the ranked system and who knows, one day maybe make a name for ourselves!

That being said I do have a few requirements. -you must be silver or higher. I do not really hold faith in the solo queue rank system however I do expect a certain degree of skill at the game. -18+ -able to take constructive criticism and give it as well. -willing to put in 3-5 days a week of practice. I don't expect the team to be your life but I do want to actually go somewhere with this team. -Able to play between 630PM PST and 1amPST weekdays. Weekends we can figure a proper schedule out once the team is formed.

Sniph 18 Top Nasus, Garen, Hecarim, Kaziz, Renekton, mao kai, sion, udyr, voli bear, yasuo, wukon, riven, vlad, lissandra, (I can play almost anytop laner) 90% S4= Silver 2 S5= Silver4 I can if i need to im applying with my friend sylvain who is a good shot caller My strengths are my very strong solo lane and the fact that they will need to send there jungler top if they dont want me to be a problem late game Sometimes my Cs lacks becuase i Focus to much on poke but that can be fixed with more practice. I have been on a lot of teams and really looking forward to playing, my mic currently broke today, i can hear everything just my mic isnt working, im applying with sylvain for the team and to make it work i can join a phone call with him so if for some reason you need me to talk to night i can get on the phone with him. I'm applying for this team to become a better player and to grow as a team not as an individual.
