LF top, adc and support for a serious ranked team

hey there my name is painlestoxin (or zachary) I have been playing league since season 1 and have finally grown tired of solo queue ranked. It's a coin toss and I dislike the fact that my team mates change every game. I am wanting to make a serious ranked team to see where we can get too in the ranked system and who knows, one day maybe make a name for ourselves!

That being said I do have a few requirements. -you must be silver or higher. I do not really hold faith in the solo queue rank system however I do expect a certain degree of skill at the game. -18+ -able to take constructive criticism and give it as well. -willing to put in 3-5 days a week of practice. I don't expect the team to be your life but I do want to actually go somewhere with this team. -Able to play between 630PM PST and 1amPST weekdays. Weekends we can figure a proper schedule out once the team is formed. -Be on PST time zone or able to stay up late as we practice usually starting at 7pm PST -Be talkative, be able to tell us whats going on in yoiur lane, when you see the jungler etc -Listen to calls. Good bad or ugly, do it. Arguing with calls will almost always make them fail as split second calls can alter fights.
