G3 mid LF serious team

Im currently a G3 (and still climbing) mid main looking for a serious team. I'm looking for a team to practice and rank up with in dynamic as well as do small tournaments. I have a very large champ pool and practice and play alot. I'm nott looking for a team that will practice 1 game a day with a incomplete roster. My time zone is EST im available 1p.m. - 9p.m. sunday - thursday and im available all day friday and saturday. I'm 21 and have all forms of coms.
