Looking for a silver ranked duo partner! (preferably someone who can support.) OCE

So I've recently been struggling lately to getting into Gold rank as I'm currently Silver 1. (Trying to work up that LPS). Unfortunately I have a slight issue! I keep getting matched up with toxic teams that type too much that they're getting distracted and losing valuable time. I get we all lose, but I'm losing too much that I'm fearing demotion because I can't get a decent team. So I was wondering if anyone wanted to duo with me? ^ - ^; I mainly play adc but I can also supp if need be, I can play the other roles but not amazingly for ranked unfortunately, and though I'm not the absolute best adc, I can still carry and do well with a decent partner. I'm not just looking for a partner, but also for someone who'll be nice to me, back me up, understand we make mistakes and just try and enjoy the game like I do. I keep getting these supports that ditch me a lot early game to go to the other side of the map, when I obviously can't hold the opposing bot lane off our turret and always seem to lose it quickly. This has been happening quite frequently and I pay the price often. My csing does need some work that I have been practicing in norms. This is my first year playing ranked and I've only won 8 games so far. (Riot loved me enough to push me to Silver 1.) Some games I've had if you're interested is; 11/4 Draven, 16/6 Draven, 8/1 Jinx and 17/4 Jinx, they're probably the best scores I've had during my short ranked period, the other games I had, had average scores. Lastely, I own every adc except Corki, so if you're a supp mainer, I can pick a good match-up adc for you xD My best include Draven, Jinx and Caitlyn, my supps include; Sona, Nami, Soraka and Leona; probs the best at Sona. Anyways if you're interested please respond, I really haven't been enjoying ranked lately and would love someone to play with so I can feel a bit more secure and confident when I play.
