Mid (can fill in as support) looking to join a Silver to Gold Ranked team.

I am looking for a team that wants to improve as a group. I find the majority of my avoidable losses; are causated by one or two incorrect team decisions during the course of the game.

I don't mind 100 normal games of practice, as long we are helping each other improve and working on viable team compositions. I work best with a team that has a direction in game. I would love for you to call "everyone dragon now" and have five people instantly show up. Even if it is the incorrect call and we all get aced. We can remember that for next time ;)
