Looking to join a silver to gold skilled ranked team (Mid/Support)

I am looking to join a team of players who are interested in helping each other improve. I am ideally looking for a team with a skill range around silver 2 - gold 2. I can play with higher ranked players with greater success, but feel anything beyond the gold 2 range would be too high for me. I want all of us to offer suggestions to each other in ways that we can improve. I enjoy teams with a clear direction and dedicated shot caller. If we make mistakes and loose; we can learn from them. Positive attitude is a key and fighting is never the answer.
