Looking for subs (silver or gold) for serious ranked 5 team

we are a serious team that plays 5 days a week. i am looking for subs who can play when we are missing someone. subs needs to be able to play on EVERY day/time listed below

Monday: 800 PM - 11:00 PM Thursday: 800 PM - 11:00 PM Friday: 800 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

if you unable to play on a day every once in a while it is fine BUT i need a least 48 hour warning that you cant play. even if your not called on i expect to be warned that your not available. if a sub ever says no (with less then 48 hours to the date) or outright misses a time they will be kick right away and replaced.

Subs need to be able to play 2 roles at least although more is good. (don't list roles you can effectively play a wide variety of champions on) Subs also need large champion pools so they can fit into the comps we run. list every champion you can play in the role. subs also need to be good warders.

the benefits of being a sub is having a inside tract to replacing anyone on the team who is either struggling or quitting.

You ca add a third role to the form if you have one. dont unless you can do the role good though.

still need subs. got a adc/sup sub but need people who can play top/mid/jun (i don't mind if you have a mix of top/mid/jun and either sup/adc but dont bother applying if you can only play adc/sup)
