G5 Mid looking to join a serious team

IGN caymanmew i will use any teamspeak/curse/skype the team uses. can play any time expect Wednesday nights and Saturday nights. will answer any question you want. also will to switch to another role (not jungle) but will need improve and learn the new role to varying degrees depend on the role.

really just want to join a serious ranked 5 team that plays regularly and want to improve. the communications aspect of the game is what i want and solo q is just a mess of who can carry harder and basically individual plays with little to no teamwork.
