looking for adc for serous ranked team (silver 3 - gold 3)

I am going to be building a normal ranked 5 team. (5 starters and subs) The team will be on a schedule. We will play 5 days a week. If you cannot play on one scheduled time periods then you need to give me a 48 hour warning (extreme situations are fine for last minute) if you don’t give me a 48 hour warning (and you or your loved one is not dyeing, your house did not burned down, etc.) you risk getting kicked

We will also have subs. Subs should always have a 2 day warning for when they are needed. If you called on to sub the expectation is that you will. If you know you cannot sub at a particular day then you need to tell me 2 days in advance. (Even if you’re not being asked to sub) If a sub fails to show up when called and does not have a valid reason (extreme situation) then they are out. Basically what I am trying to say is we need to be organized and reliable.

This will be the schedule. Don’t apply if it does not fit for you. All times are EST. All times below are in EST, all practices/scheduling will be in EST.

Monday – 8:00PM-11:00PM Tuesday - Nothing Wednesday - Nothing Thursday - 8:00PM-11:00PM Friday - 8:00PM-11:00PM Saturday – 12:00PM-4:00PM Sunday - 12:00PM-4:00PM

Obviously you get any holiday off. Times can be adjusted a week in advance if everyone agrees on the new time. Schedule will likely be big time adjusted over Christmas and we will likely play much less unless we are all loser with no family and nothing to do lol

So onto the interesting stuff. Our team will be made up of high silver or low gold players. We will be looking to improve as both individuals and more importantly as a team. Our initial goal will be to get gold this season BUT ultimately that might not happen and that is ok. Our overall goal as a team is to go into season 6 strong and get a high as we can get. Between now and season 6 is the time where we will build chemistry, improve our individual play and team play. We do not have a coach right now. We can get one in the future if we think as a team we are interested in that.

If you get through that and pass all the “tests” then you would be in. I am doing all this to judge your interest. It will take a few days between when you apply and when you’re fully accepted. Last thing, I don’t plan on being the primary shot caller. If you say you can shot call that should mean you have good game knowledge and have a clear voice (sorry quite/shy people). The shot calling question is a yes or no answer. A “kind of” is a no. We will be using Skype (or another program if someone brings something better to the table)
