Serious Organization LF Starting ADC(Gold-Plat) & Subs/Admins

The following prerequisites must be met before contacting us for the starting ADC position:
- 17+ years of age
- Commitment to constant attendance (Sunday - Tuesday 6pm-9pm PST)
- 2+ seasons of experience playing LoL. To assure you know all general knowledge of all champions/items
- Be up-to-date on the current META of ADCs and popular picked/banned champions
- Have Curse Voice w/ working mic. Must use Push to Talk unless you have no background noise. (Good communication skills is a plus)
- Have an open mind. Our focus is to improve individually and as a team
Our System In Place NorCal Esports is looking to create multiple teams to allow in-house games/tournaments to refine strategies and compositions. We also try to maintain a decent number of subs for each team in case RL issues arise for a player in a starting position. Subs go into an 8-week trial period before they can be considered for a starting position on a team. This gives us ample time to combine the right players. Practice times for subs are Thursday-Saturday 6pm-9pm PST. Subs must be able to be flexible and have great attendance to be considered for a spot on a team.
Aspects that secure/lose you a starting position are: - Drive/Enthusiasm for the Game (This aspect is first for a reason. Have a love for the game and a willingness to improve and take feedback. Not just for yourself, but your teammates also!)
- **- Attendance, Availability and Commitment ** (We understand RL > Game. That said, if too many issues arise, you will be benched for someone more qualifying.) - Progression/Growth (This is NOT a cut-throat environment. We don't bench players if they're having a bad game/day/week- That said, our training program for subs will have more focus on player development. Since the team(s) will be largely focused on ranked games throughout the week. So if you hit a wall in a certain aspect of the game, you may be benched temporarily to address those issues more thoroughly.)
- - Synergy/Teamwork (Players who show similar levels of the different aspects and in playstyle/skill will more likely end up on a team together. So learn to mold your playstyle with others!) ** - Contribution** (This organization is a team effort. I'm looking for players who bring more than good mechanics to a team. There are a lot of skills besides mechanics that go into making a team not just good, but great. Some examples are: strategic and/or tactical shot-calling, experience in theory-crafting, good organizational skills, web-design/programming, digital art design- just to name a few. Find your niche on how to help and improve the organization and you'll make yourself an imperative member of the team.)
Our Vision If you've made it this far in reading, I'd like to share our vision with you. Our current aim is reaching Masters/Challenger. With the LoL scene showing no signs of slowing, and the new dynamic queue in place, there is no better time than now to show what you're capable of. We plan to obtain this vision not by recruiting and creating all-star teams; but by building and evolving an organization that recognizes potential and fosters a player's growth as efficiently and thoroughly as possible. We want to take regular players who have a foundational skill-set in place and refining them to mold those players into high functioning teammates. Whether we are a stepping stone for a player aspiring for the professional scene or someone just looking to improve their ladder ranking, our focus is on realistic and measurable progression. We are constantly evolving your training techniques to assure consistent and efficient growth as individuals and as a team.
