Existing Team:

1. Serious team
2. Set schedule
3. Focus on growth, not prior performance (individually and as a team)
4. Respect (To teammates and enemies)
5. Critiquing (Always analyze to do better, even in our wins)
6. Real Life > LoL (At least 2 Subs at the ready. Stuff happens)
7. Bonus: A person with some experience signing a team up for small tournaments and a knack for managing
8. I have none but am willing to learn to eventually take over that role

New Team: The guidelines above, including - A strong emphasis in attendance. I'm not looking for another make-shift team that disbands after a week.
