NorCal Gaming LF Assistant Coach and ADCs
I've created my own organization 2 months ago with a vision of creating a community focused on improving as individuals and as a team. Since then I've had many people come and go, but continue to increase in numbers. I'm looking for a level headed person with a passion for analyzing, coaching, and helping others improve in the game.
Assistant Coach Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: _- 15-20 Hours committed to the team, weekly
- Leading practice sessions and game debriefs
- Analyzing games and providing constructive critique
- Researching and discussing team members' playstyle, runes/masteries, item builds, champion pools, strengths/weaknesses, etc.
- Promoting team cohesion and settling disputes between members
- Providing relevant game data to the team weekly via google.docs or other presentation programs. (Strategies, Meta Champions, Most Efficient Items, etc)
- Working alongside the manager to determine lesson plans and innovative ideas to improve coaching/practice sessions_
Currently we have about 10-15 regular participants per practice day. I'm looking to increase the amount of practice days once I have an assistant coach.
I am looking for Coaches or ADCs that can attend practice Thursday-Saturday 6pm-9pm PST.** Consistent attendance is important**, so only inquire if the times realistically work for you. Also, Curse Voice is a must! it's easy to download and is free! The best VoIP out there! Most members are Gold-Diamond level. We look at a lot more than just mechanics.
