Creating A Ranked Team - Looking for memebers

Hello, I'm Grim, I was ranked Gold V last season and made it to Gold III before being demoted to Silver. Though a extreme amount of unknown mmr loss, but i've leveled my mmr once more and am able to climb. Not to get into much detail about

I'm looking for people who are Gold and above in skill level, I'm not looking for you to be perfect, because we will work with constant tips and practice to get to that point. The list of requirements are below

• Atleast Gold Last Season

• Atleast 1'500 hours of gameplay

• Well Versed in the role you plan to play

• Extensive knowledge of the game (Knowing what every champion, item, and spell does)

I am also looking for a high ranked coach/ analyst to help guide us through this with wisdom and insight. Keeping us updated on the best strats, champions, builds, comps, ect.

Agenda

1. We will get a good foundation and schedule started, play some games and get some comps for our team.

2. We will attend practice which will consist of ranked play until we are all High Gold or Plat, at this point we should be accustomed to each other.

3. We Will began to enter tournaments and the like.

I'm not saying we will go on to be challenger but I'm willing to go as far as this will take us.
