Gold V TOP Experienced in 5's

Hello, I'm looking for a ranked team to join. I've been on a few but they didn't work out due to either schedule conflict of lack of dedication. I am very experienced at Top Lane and have a very diverse champion pool. I have about 1200 normal games plus around 1000 ranked games under my belt and i think i'm ready to move on from solo queue permanently

Strengths ~ Good Laning, TP Use, Warding, Map Awareness, Listening to calls, Engaging, Champ Select( I have nearly every champ)

Weaknesses ~ Shotcalling, Playing from far behind, A while for me to get used to new people (communication wise)

Champion Pool ~

Tier 1) (These champs i am extremely comfortable with and nearly mastered)

Tier 2 (These champs i am comfortable with but have not completely mastered yet)

Tier 3 (These champs i have a good understanding of but don't expect any flashy outplays, i use them at there bar minimum of skill. Can still play them effectivly though)
