Silver I looking for duo partner for Gold

I'm currently in Silver I and i need some help getting into gold, its not that i can't get into gold i'm just afraid of going on another lose streak due to actions outside of my control. I need either High Silver or Gold teammate, voice comms are not required but i don't mind getting into them. I'm not trying to queue with more than 4 because 5's is basically ranked 5's and I'm trying to rank up not improve on my communication skills.
