Diamond 3 LFT/Looking to start a team(D3+ only)

Hello, im actively looking for a team to play with to reach challenger. I know this is very vague and short but i would like to have a 5s team i can play with and also climb solo queue at the same time.

-I main ADC. -My schedule is flexible. -Looking for a serious team/tryouts. -Please be Diamond+, as i search for a team i will be actively trying to climb solo queue to reach Masters/Challenger. -PST.
